I am a CPA in the Metro-Detroit area. In all my years as an accountant and especially working on tax filings and payroll tax filings, never come across a worse organization. Refuse to have open lines for calls, bad service, harassing clients with notices but not making themselves available to communicate about the related accounts. Absolutely horrendous institution, Whitmer needs to do a wipe out and overhaul of the UIA

a bunch of no good dummies who aren’t meant to be in this line of work! these so called social workers are a bunch of losers who put parents through the ringer when dealing with a high risk kid. they do nothing to help the parents going through the abuse and nothing to help the kid who’s life is ruined because of the government and these losers! no wonder kids today can do what they want and are lost because of the the ministry of children. they wait until a kid is an addict or dead before they step in to do anything about it! broken system, broken families, broken government, broken schools, more dead or addicted kids

I called several times without success. Finally today 12-20-2022 I was able to speak to someone about my rate being so high. I provided my EIN to the lady on the other side who was not really interested in her job, or at least that how I felt. She put me on hold for 2 minutes then came back and said : that my account was updated , goodbye and hung up. That was it. There was no does that answer your question? Is there anything else? or a reason why my bill went from $100 to over $800.00 . It is really sad that we are paying these guys. I am very disappointed .
